Really? I got it from Kris.
Anyways its a lovely system - Just waiting on a replacement stud to finish fitting it.
Just out of interest, Should I expect it to be loud or as I justified it to my Dad, 'Its got two silencers, so will be half as loud!!!

Re: Smevs Bikes - Past and Present!
Hehe! Good reasoning that Kev!
Yeah I bought it from Alex but never fitted it!
My Full Ethos with Mercury twin stacks is reasonably loud, but not as loud as some! Like I said before I've got some DB killer baffles for mine but I don't use them, you can borrow at MOT time if there are any problems!

Re: Smevs Bikes - Past and Present!
Cheers Kris, I'll bear that in mind! I'll try it without first - I think its due its MOT actually - but the old guy who does them near here is slightly deaf anyway. If you talk to him about BSA and Aerials, he is pretty sound!!!
I just want to get it all together now so it runs and looks great, and the tacho works on the translogic dash!!

Re: Smevs Bikes - Past and Present!
That mercury was off the nightmare that was the nc30. The one currently fitted to my nc35 is the same and is not majorly loud so no need for baffles. It is a really nice sounding system though (loud but not obnoxious like an I4). While going to a local bike night, i caught up with a fazer and he thought the sound it made was amazing while having a chat with him later. Sounds especially good through narrow houselined villages too
You may have to modify the can hangar to get the can allignment right. I had to add a small extra bracket to the front hangar mount to move the cans back and higher up.

Well I have nowgot the system fitted - Thanks for the studs Tony
I've taken a couple of pics but the lighting is abit poor - more to come when I can get the rest of the bike back together and out in the sun
