never mind was smashed by a car two days ago just out of hospital so bike is buggered so buying a nc35 just for a change ............ bloody cars not looking my bike was stunning so I have a sprayed fuel tank and fairings in the honda red,white,blue and black so if you want them let me know okay and if you want to see my bike go to you tube under honda vfr400 nc24 trip. They are all complete and in the you tube picture. They are all the original fairings non of this plastic cheap crap so give a decent price and I will do you a good deal specially you Neo if you wanmy bikes front right fork is bent the instrument cluster is knackered and the metal surround the mirrors all the repsol fairings bar the left side but i have an extra set as well as two tinted wind screens. The engine starts first time the wheels are straight and the rest is in fine condition so if you want it give me a shout cause its £175 pounds a day for them to store it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Plus I have a R6 R/R and gold anodised hand grips new fuel tap new heads and gaskets and the carbs are just sorted do it not really that much to do at all so quick and get in touch guys xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Just bought a 1988-9 NC35 and WOW what a different machine she is a real kitten with the power of a tiger!!!!!! The best thing I could have done she is stunning a full race spec as the man is a racer so she can move but cheers for all the help guys and if you want spares for free or cheap let me know as I have no use for the nc24 parts now okay x

Erm.. The NC35 wasn't made in 1988/89, it was made between 1994-1996... it's also down 5hp over the NC24.. so your 24 must have been in a bad way or the RVF's tuned up :)
Either-way the RVF should more forgiving to ride... lovely bike!

Stuck in bed the now mate and you are right she is an R registration but will get some up as soon as I can though. Yeah big difference in the handling can get away with a lot more in the corners. But I did notice when you switch her on the rev counter jumps to around 9 - 10 thou then down but starts and rides great is that normal???
