So you have the carbs set correctly, you have air, fuel, a spark, the battery is charged, the engine is turning over on the starter and the choke is working properly ?

Have you fitted new plugs?
Have you put the airbox back on?
Does the choke work?
Does it turn over fast on the starter?
Is your vacuum hose on the right spigot?
Is there actually any fuel in it?
Is it on reserve?
does it try at all or does it just spin over?
Kill switch
Tell us your exact knowledge...we'll get it going!!
What did you do to the carbs apart from pull them off?
Are you sure you have them back on properly?
Squirt some carb cleaner at the inlets when trying to start it....not the carbs inlets, the engine inlets.
Where are you anyway?

yes the air box is on, when i move the choke leaver it moves the lever on the carbs, it turns over fast on the starter, yes the vac pipe is on the right nipple, yes there is fuel in it and on reserve and i believe its trying to start and the kill switch is on RUN
