Sorry for being such a lazy SOB...been way busy getting the new house up and running lately. Found the time to fabricate a new end can, at least. The carbon sleeve is from fleabay, but the rest is ofmy own design. Will corrrect the angle of the exhaust, and make a carbon hanger to fit.
The tank cover and seat will also be properly joined to a single unit, once I get the time.
The spec of this project bike is in short:
600RR -07 forks
600RR -07 front brake calipers
ISR 320mm front discs
Steel braided lines
600RR master cylinder
RobbyMoto QA throttle unit
Suzuki RM 85 -08 front caliper for rear caliper
250CC GP bike master cylinder
Modified RVF rear disc (smaller/thinner)
Through the swing arm steel braided rear brake line
Suzuki GSXR1000 -07 rear shock (an alternative OHLINS shock is being prepared)
WR rearsets
2.3 Ah mini battery
Davies Craig water pump
Silicone water hoses
Rick O top radiator
Italian special lower rad
Yamamoto 1/2 system
Special silencer
Special subframe, adjustable height/angle
Special seat unit
600RR fairing
600RR carbon front fairing bracket
Carbon chain guard
Titanium bolts everywhere on the front end (so far)
Alu clip on bars
Yamaha R1 fuel pump
Aluminum fuel cell (under seat)
Gold Talon rear sprockets
Gold DID chain
Mike Norman GSXR1000 generator assembly
Keihin FCR33 carbs/ Mike N rubbers
And an empty set of engine casings...so far. Lots of work left, but perhaps will turn out pretty cool, I hope!
