There is a pic up you can modify using gearbox sprocket standard pic u if is.
yep it's a acewell, so can the standard pick up be used to do this or do I need one of their other pick ups?

Use standard pick up from front sprocket, then buy the S6 electronic sensor that then plugs into the acewell loom, set it up for wheel/gearing and hey presto you have speedo reading.

After lots of bracket tweeking it all fits really well apart from where left mid panel meets the nose cone, might be able to get it better but may just make a lug for the nose cone to straighten it up.

Rear light doesnt fit that well, gunna have to re-drill the mounting points as too the left seat unit mounting point so the lug fits in the tank. Still need to make brackets for the headlight, dash and rileys old carbon tail tidy.

The bottom rad isnt fitted in these pics, the lower panels are going to need cutting to fit around it and the bottom left rad hose sits lower squashing against the panel so may re-shape that

Tony, you have made good progress with the AM-PM bike. Really would love to see when the new paint scheme is on. :peace:

PS: did you made the blanking cover for one of the headlight gaps?

Yeah seat unit is tyga, great quality but rear light mounting points need re-drilling to fit properly.

Been sizing up for the decals this morning and im not happy, there just isnt enough room to get a decent sized am-pm decal along the side panels

Really dont want to change the design of the theme but its gunna look so naff sqeezing the am-pm decal between the 2 side panel vents.

I need to fit this

On to this

Anyone got any ideas? the way i see ive got 2 options, 1. redesign the theme to fit the panels or 2. mod the panels to give a bigger surface area.
Im siding towards option 2 but its hard to vision how its going to look. Size wise there is 1 1/4 inch between the lower vent and the panel join and 1 1/2 inch for the top vent. Id like the stripes to be 1 inch wide which leave no room for the am-pm bit without folding it round the vents.
