so i bought some zxr400 fully adjustable usd forks for another project not so long ago, but i believe these are a good swop over for the nc30 normal forks!? if i go ahead and swop, what else do i need to change over?? to see if its worth the hassel. can i keep the nissins and discs etc, or do i need all diff parts ?

I believe you can keep the discs, don't know about the nissins, im gonna be doing the same thing and i got myself some gsxr 600 calipers and m/c. Think you'll need clip ons too, and yokes. Plus the rick o fitting kit :up:

so finaly got round too booking my cbt for this DAS, ran out while back.

hoping to spend a day in the man cave sorting this nc30 , just needs a carb tune and clean the tank. hope she fires straight up :)

oh, bought a new ford focus 5 door for the new baby girl we had :) much better than the puma, 40,000 miles and a 2005 car. 2000 grand. fking bargin! the joys of my dad working for ford
bought a cheap astra van too for work.....as you can imagine, im pretty skint now lol

err right, where do i put these 4 hoses from my carb tune gauge on the carbs?? and do i need to remove the airbox to connect them?? much love , beautiful

See where the vaccum for the fuel is on cyl 3? There are simlar tabs on the others...

can it be done with the airbox on mate? dont fancy taking the fker back off.

also mate, do i set the idel a little higher when i do it.....whats good to set it at.

my carbtune hoeses have a small clear damper tube on the ends too, do i need to attach another piece of thicker fuel hoes then connect to the vacum ports?

sorry for being a lazy twat, just the manual confuses me and id much rather hear it from someones mouth lol
