CBR news! I started to strip it down today, I've made plans for a lightened subframe, so will hopefully have news very soon, for now, more pics of the shedroom and one of the CBR as it stands.





As you can see the 400GB calendar has taken pride of place on my wall :) The first pic is awful due to a dying battery causing a weak flash, better pic tomorrow. The dog is my 9 y/o Labrador Dodger, he's cool, comes and watches me work

Rick O is the man :D he had a spare set of bushes and seals for the swingarm, just a couple of misc bolts to buy and i'll be ready to have the whole lot put in for a technical drawing and price quote :D

I've not slept since about 9am yesterday, and I'm buzzing my nut off atm
Spent most of the night painting, but did get round to so stuff with the CBR

The bushes and seals for the VFR should arrive tomorrow, I've been instructed to ring Rick when I want to fit the lot, which will now likely be at the end of the month as I'm out of money
I'll update with news on either bike as and when

Not alot going on atm, I managed to cut down the subframe a bit though, pic included :) Weight loss so far exceeds 4.5kg, list of some of the parts weights below.

each headlight - 520g
cut part of the subframe - 800g
each pillion peg - 750g
misc bits, indicators, undertray, seat latch mech - 1.2kg+
