Mate iv never done it, don't fancy my first time on a can worth 150 notes! Lol. Looks like I'm buying a gun and practicing then. Alson is it stuck down too? Heat resistant stuff or somin.

not its just riveted on mate, practice on a couple of pieces of plastic, or just drill a hole in something metal stick it in and try, as the rivit pin snaps it will jolt so youll see why i said keep you hand on the nozzle,

it maybe worth a small sploge of silicon in the middle of the new badge to prevent it rattling/vibrating.

Any decent semi synth will do, i mostly use castrol and never had problems. Same with coolent, any bike based stuff will do.

silica free coolant, i just use the silkolene coolant aditive, and silkolene comp 4 oil
