no idea, but it's something to do with moving the caliper when the swingarm moves, any RC30 specialists out that that know?

ALL RC30 removed this for racing as it was found to be inefective gain over weight,
it is meant to prevent skipping on hard braking into corners etc, but if your using a rear brake you need shooting, id rather upgrade the caliper than have a RC30 torque arm, "Function over form!"
