[quote="L.Svedberg"]I just want a cheap, raw, uncut glass fibre part to use as a base for a plug, as my fuel tank won't fit your finished item. If that's a possibility, let me know. Otherwise I'll just "steal" the excellent wax method you used to make my own.

Now please update on the project, Michael!

if you send me a cheap raw uncut glass fibre part of your seat for me to use it at base i send you one of the airbox.

Hi Luis!

The airbox and the seat unit are in no way comparable regarding the difficulty of mould construction or cost of design, or even the lay-up itself, in my opinion. I'd rather pay for a raw part from you, if possible?

www.iane.co.uk for example. www.sp125racing.co.uk another one or just ebay for Honda RS125 seat unit.

So, would you sell me something to start making an airbox? (just the lower part, that is)

Cheers/

Lasse

In last 5 days i spent a lot of time in my garage to finish my new loom. All sensors are working fine the second lambda sensor is also working with the ltc for the ecu. Without the ltc i can use only 1 lambdasensor and with the ltc i can use four and more. All information the ecu get over the can-bus. Yesterday i programmed the ecu, put the rads on the bike, water, front fender and all the parts i need to make a testrun. And today i start my engine warm it up and make some runs on the street. Goes good

Yes i will make the final run. I spend a lot of time with the fuel injection on a dyno.
I will make the final map with my new airbox. Dyno testruns you can read on previous pages with fuel injection.
