Nah, don't have to worry about the council here, it's pretty much a self contained community, there's a works department which deals with all building and maintainance work, I used to work with them, so am being kept in the loop :)

After Mr. royster suggesting it, I've decided to have a go at getting a hydraulic clutch sorted out, found most of the bits cheap from Japan looking at about £20, and will hopefully get it shipped out with my BEET system :)

I need an NC21 sprocket cover, which needs to be cut and shut with a spare NC30 one I have to retain the speedo drive

I'll keep an eye out for a nice 14mm one, thinking something like SP1

I'm waiting on a return email, should be receiving it by the end of the day, but I'm highly likely to be £200 lighter by the end of the week, due to finding something VERY special for this, I've only heard 2 having this, and only seen one of them (fortunately in person!) Royster knows what it is, he was the one who told me about the second bike :D
