Nice one mate, are you available in the week at all? If not I'll book a saturday off or if they're open sunday (I doubt that) I can do a sunday. If in the week I can do mondays and tuesdays, or in the mornings so I can try and book a weekday off :)


I had the carbs off yesterday to get the old jets out for Petrolhead, and today I decided to get them sorted ready for the new exhaust, so a re-jet with 112's was my first port of call, and seeing as I had the top plate off (with new stainless allen screws, which won't round off like the solid stilton cross heads Honda love do) I thought it would be rude NOT to fit my race trumpets I got from GF :D

I decided (after some prompting from Jo) to give the bike a wash, it really was filthy! Serves me right for not doing it since I crashed it

My BEET exhaust should be with me midweek coming :D

My bedroom/workshop combo is almost done, I now have finished exterior walls and roof, the workshop just needs half of one wall boarded and then it's done. The bedroom has been insulated with that foam with the silver foil on both sides, Just some plaster board to go, and then it's things like the electric sockets and lights, windows and doors then it'll be ready to move into

I'll try and grab some pics tomorrow, should be able to get some :)

Finally got the pics of the new place, workshop should be big enough for a couple of bikes and all of my tools, I'm considering saving up for a hydraulic bike ramp so I don't have to stoop down to do things like oil changes.

I decided that I'd quickly clean the rear wheel as it got some grime on it when I did my chain lube, this is what happened

It's being built by the estate I live on, it's because I live on a pull out sofa (killing my back atm) in my dad's living room as the wall between his room and my room got knocked through to make a nursery for Starscream (my half sibling that's on the way, due in august) and the estate were unable to move us to a bigger house with enough rooms :D

It's 7'4'' at the lowest interior point, and 10'3'' at the highest, with a centre beam for the lighting to hang from at 8'4'' so plenty of room to go up :D

I reckon the materials and the cost of running the electric and phone lines to it from the house is now close to £3k but not too sure, as it hasn't cost me a penny as yet
