Checked the valve clearances, replaced both tires, changed fork oil and replaced the clutch cable. Busy weekend, but should be good for a while now. :)

Just took mine for a test ride with the new forks and brakes. Still needs some adjusting.

I've had this bike a little over a year.
I found the forks on eBay for $399 shipped. They're off a 2014 Daytona and they're perfect.

I suppose the seller upgraded to the Ohlins since it came with the bottom triple and steering stem.
I bought the HP Brembo calipers from a guy off of the 600RR forum for $500, custom brake lines from Speigler $130, some Ti caliper bolts, 5mm caliper spacers, a Brembo master cylinder and carbon mudguard from a Datona 675R off of eBay $250.
Should be well worth the $1400,, although I have to fix the geometry.
I took it for a for a test spin and it didn't feel right. I also threw on a Penske rear shock and it's sitting very tall on the kickstand. I think the forks need to come up on the yokes which in turn lowers the front end. I know the Penske raises the rear but not that much.
Brakes work great now and the forks feel really good,, It's just a lot harder to turn than it was. The Penske rear shock needs some dialing in, maybe even a new spring or a rebuild. It's too soft but better than the 20 year old stock one that was on there.

Here's some close ups,, Forgot to add the Brembo brake reservoir and then I had to change the fitting to the reservoir on the master cylinder, to a straight one (hopefully I'm making sense). Luckily nothing hits the dash when the bars are all the way to the left.

I like those forks. They're hard to find here in the States though. Good find.
