Now i'm using two lambda sensors, bosch lsu 4.9. One for the front and one for the back ones.

Strange. In this case Motec EMS should correct this depend of lambda output. Just to be sure - both out from 02 sensor connected to Motec. Correct?
Other point - maybe you set wrong capacity of your injectors. Check the flow rate here - http://www.keihin-us.com/oem/products/fuel_injectors/

Next week i will go to a dyno again and make the rest of the map.

On the left side you can see the main map and on the right side you can see the correction-map for cylinder 4.
I hope that it is my last visit on it, i want to ride the fuel injection bike.

Today back on the dyno, to make some cylinder-selective maps. Is a little bit better. Hard work.
Sorting out some problems with the seal for the cam-sensor. Engine is clean

So i hope that i will go to the track

Yesterday i started to make my first harness for the bike. Thorsten made it with a lot of free plugs. So i decided to make a new one without free plug for other sensors. Only the loom for the things i need on my bike, cable and electrics are horrible!!
Crimping with the right tool is easy, but to find the right wire wahhhhhhhh.

Second point to make a new harness is to put the ecu form the front of the bike into the subframe. In my opinion it´s better to have the ecu in the subframe.

Don't remove plug that can be useful in future. For example, I left plug for knock sensor controller that I'm going to wire later or maybe not. And I also agree that putting all electronic blocks into subframe is good idea. I did the same - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7PW6YLP ... ature=plcp
Just keep sensor wire far from coil and spark, because they generally make lot of noise. And I always making changes in diagram when do any changes in wire. It's allow you to always have actual picture - if you like I can send you a link to mine if you curios.
And one more question - I don't really saw how did you made idle control. I don't saw no valve no stepper motor. Have I miss something ?

Next step is ready:
Luis finished the first airbox. He made it in gfk. Next week we will see if the box fit plug and play on the bike. When it is good, we make the airbox in carbon.






I think the carbs will fit perfect in this box and bodies too. We will build a snorkel, like HRC for the vfr.
