Rode it Sunday, firmer front end than my NC30 and very stable, similar power I think, but was not revving hard.

sorry guys, not quite got the hang of posting these pics yet.

I have hand polished all of the original dull alloy parts, like bar risers, footrest hangars, rear wheel nuts etc, repainted the top yolks, forks, subframe etc.

All the calipers have been stripped, repainted with all new seals and pistons and full goodridge hoses. Every bolt has been replaced with either stainless steel or titanium pieces

What started as a quick clean after I bought it in April is now a full strip, replace, rebuild project.
Doesn't look like I'll get out on it this year at this rate........bugger no wonder I'm skint, grumpy and have sore fingers

Damn! That is a clean bike! Do you ride it? That will look well good in red/black! Nice work, I know how hard work it is to polish - black snot anyone? :cry:

Yeah nice work Demaliar, looks like a lot of attention has been paid to the detail.

Hard to tell in the pics, what colour did you paint the subframe, and did you strip it back first?

42T rear Renthal sprocket, 400mm Fuel slip-on, Goodridge hoses, Rick Oliver speedo resistor and earthing kit.
