But you would need to make the manifolds offset to compensate so they would need to be one off specific to these NC29 FCR's?

Yes, they almost all have that issue. When I said cut and fit I also meant cut and bend the tubes. Multiple cuts will give a smooth enough bend.

I am quite sure I saw rubbers and aluminium spigots for FCR's on Webike or similar. Maybe JB Power brand or genuine Keihin.
I am converting my own bike, an FZR400 3TJ1, from the one piece rubber parts to the same setup. I will be using the earlier model 1WG style rubbers that I have in Viton,
http://www.litetek.co/InletManifoldRubb ... a_1WG.html and making blank spigots which I will also sell because they will fit all the bikes that use the same bodies.

I have my original set of FCR rubber adapter on my bike.
More then happy to loan these to get the copied to help out.
Let me know if they are needed. And whom to talk to? That or i can possibly get them across to a rubber/plastic supplier I use in Italy and get them to supply a quote on costing.
Selexon,
I've found 2 places in Australia that should be able to replicate these for us. I''m happy to organise this if you are still willing to lend us your manifolds.
