Right so ive got a new fuel filter cleaned and oiled the KnN cleaned the air box ive had the carbs cleaned and balanced new plugs started it and sounded ok black watery stuff coming from the exhaust but i think thats normal gunna fill it with v.power tomorrow an hope all is well if it still splutters when it gets hot then i havnt got a clue
i might strangle some one lol only messing

Black watery stuff is condensation from a cold engine and exhaust when you first fire it up. It's picking up carbon from the exhaust as it migrates down the pipe. It'll go away once you've got some heat in 'er.

Well rode her to work its getting better but when hot still runs like crap on take off have to rev the hell out of her also when i got to work i reved her to redline and she spat flames is this normal

Sounds like an air leak,Are the carbs seated properly.

Would that make it run crappy when it gets hot it only runs crap when its hot. It smells like rusty water when it gets hot. theres no water leaks and the temp is good theres some black smoke and flames. One if the gasket on the downpipie needs replacing mabey thats the cause of the spluttering low down in the revs

Check inside the airbox again to see if the oil has stopped coming into it. If it has then that could be the why it smoked a bit.
Did you check the fuel system yet ?
