This is still dragging on, collecting parts as funds permit to be honest.

Purchased already
NC35 Forks (from a forum member)
New Dust and Oil seals
NC35 Yokes (Thanks to Rhory)
CBR600RR calipers, levers, m/c, braided lines - straight fit to the forks I understand. (still in the post as yet but - Thanks to Craig)

Still required - and this is what i am guessing with - can anyone confirm or tell me what i am missing

throttle and choke cable (really necessary?) i have however now got a set of nc35 carbs on the way (Thanks to Paul) too so a new cable might be needed for them, anyone know for sure?
Thinking now I might need new clip ons which I hadnt thought about?
Assuming I do need clip ons what about the throttle housing?
Wheel and spacers? or will the NC30 just fit in no hassle
Rick O convertor, for the NC35 yokes to fit NC30 frame.
Rick O NC35 fork upgrade (not essential but i may aswell whilst the forks need seals if i can find the money for it)
Fork bushes.
Screen brace / clocks - iassume they will still fit ok?

For anyone thinking about doing this mod - it costs a lot more than you think, although i have gone a a bit OTT with some of the stuff I have already bought but I have tried to buy from within this forum.

I hate to think how much worse my bank balance would be if i went the tyga yokes route!

You need to use the nc35 throttle opening cable with the nc35 carbs (and return cable if you choose to use one, I never have). You can still use the nc30 choke cable.

You need to use nc35 wheel spacers with the nc35 forks. Yes, you'll need clipons to suit the nc35 forks, if you use standard nc35 bars I *believe* the nc30 throttle housing will fit fine.

NC30 screen brace and clock mount will be fine with the forks.

Only thing i will say is that my ses nc30 screen brace snagged on the nc35 rick o adapter , easy enough to file it down but it wasn't a straight fit
