Heres the reply back from the motel, ive had a quick read through it but i'll put it up for all to see and decide on whats best.
Hi Tony,
Billy said you might be in touch.
Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. Bookings have been slow to take off this year with people booking closer to the events, so I have 2 room options available for you at this time.
Bunk Room: Sleeps 6 per room. 30 Euro's per person per night.
Family Room: Sleeps 4-5, 3 single beds and 1 Double bed. 40 Euro's per person per night.
For pictures of the rooms and BBQ etc, you can check out the Gallery on our Website.
All Room prices include all bedding, towels and Continental Breakfast.
Shower gel, shampoo and soap etc are also supplied. None of our rooms are en-suite, however there is a shared bathroom for the Family room and 2 Double Rooms. This has a sink, wc, shower and bath and is also supplied with various shampoos, shower gels and face cloths etc and a newly built Shower/WC room for the Bunk Rooms. This has 3 showers, 2 WC's and 4 wash basins, also supplied with soap, shower gel etc.
BAR: Our Private Bar stocks a selection of bottled beers, wines and mixers such as Smirnoff Ice etc and various soft drinks. Prices are about normal for a bar. The bar opens onto 2 patios and the pool.
PARKING: The garage holds approximately 16 bikes depending on make and model, and we have additional off street parking at the side and back of the house. Bike and helmet washing facilities are available here, we have a well stocked garage for any small repairs or adjustments and there is a local bike garage about 5 mins away for any unexpected problems.
MEALS: We offer evening meals at a cost of 17 Euros for 2 man-sized courses (including coffee or tea if requested) and all our food is home cooked by myself. Full English Breakfast (or Scottish including tattie scones and square sausage) is available at an additional cost of 7 Euros and it is a real English breakfast, so not to be compared with what is on offer in Amsterdam hotels and cafés. I also cater for vegetarians, just let me know at time of booking. Packed Lunches for the track can also be supplied at 8 Euro's.
Unlimited tea and coffee is provided during breakfast, but outwith this or dinner a pot of hot water or coffee (approx 3 large mugs) is 1.50 Euro's on request.
BBQ: Our "All You Can Eat BBQ" on Race night is very popular. This costs of
27 Euro’s and includes a minimum of 10 meats for the BBQ (including steak and king prawn skewers), a selection of breads, salads, accompaniments, sauces and nibbles and at least 4 choices of desert. We record the race and everyone can watch it back in the bar and try to spot themselves in the crowd while munchin on a burger.
EXTRAS: We have a Safe here for any valuables and we also have a number of things for you to use such as hair dryer, iron, plug adaptors (limited
availability) etc all at no extra cost. Washing can be done at a small charge if needed.
BUS TRANSFER TO TRACK (Dependant on numbers): On Race Day we have a Touring Bus hired to take those wishing to the track. There is more than one advantage to this… if it’s raining, you don’t have to walk about in wet leathers etc, if it’s hot you can wear shorts etc, you can have a drink at the track and you won’t need to worry about the security of your bike parked at Assen. The price for a return trip on the bus is approx 35 Euro’s (this was last year’s price and may change if the Bus Hire company have increased their prices). To give you an idea, a taxi to Assen would cost approx 140 Euros each way. The Bus service is pre-book only as we must book the bus by February.
DEPOSIT: To secure your booking we ask a minimum of 50% of the Room Costs.
If you wanted to, you could pay more as your deposit. The deposit is simply deducted from your total bill at the end of your stay. Deposits can be paid by Bank Transfer directly into my Lloyds TSB Account in the UK or the Dutch Bank Account by International Bank transfer.
I hope I’ve given you enough information to be going on with. But if you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re also on Facebook… just search for BikeMotel. We look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Lindsay

Sounds good mate. No point having the family room unless someone desperately wants the double bed so the bunk room should do us fine. Seen as we'll all be in the one room remember to take ear plugs
. Great news that there is no en suit bathroom as I pong a bit in the morning
. I agree with the bus for race day but I'm easy either way. Getting......................EXCITED!

Re: 400GreyBike Rideout - Assen Sept 21-23rd
I'm out I'm afraid guys. I can get Thurs to Sunday afternoon, but I'm out of the country with the Boss very early Monday morning.
Bit gutted as I was really looking forward to it, but in my position work has to come first I guess.
