Expanding foam is now on the list of things to get.
Nut unstaked, but FFS that nut is tight. I tried loosening it with the bike on the side stand without an assistant holding the brake on and nearly pushed the bike off the stand, Best wait for the assistant to get home from work!

you might need a fook off long bar on the end of the ratchet i did , i used on old chrome tube i found in the back of the shed

yeah you should be ok , just about managed on me own , it is tight though 160nm or summit stupid

My bike some one had use a driver and hammer to adjust it at some time this pushes the alloy sideways and made it hard to move.Stripped it and filed off the bits and cleaned out all the shat that was between the two machined sections and the swing arm,moves nice now
