are those 33bhp restrictor washers? they look well different to mine on my nc30 (mine are round and and with bigger holes i think, and the holes are more in the centre than those (or is it there just at an angle)

Yep, well that's what the certificate says anyway. :) They are a bit odd, the holes are off-centre and a kind of D shape.

Yeah, not too happy about that clutch adjuster as that's what's frayed the clutch cable, that'll be replaced with original Honda, along with the headlight mounting screws as a previous owner replaced 3/4 screws with red screen screws, except they don't fit properly as they're too long, rather than cut them down they just screwed a nut onto the screw first...

Also I found out the rear case for the clocks has one screw mount and one post missing and the post on the front subframe that goes into the headlight is bent and missing the rubber block.

Bah humbug. Still an excuse to buy stuff from tyga, expecially as they list the 'meter case' for rather a rather reasonable price and the postage doesn't make sense to buy only one item. :D

Nice washers! And tell me about it. One of the first things I did when I got this 35 was to junk all the aftermarket shit and see what I needed to make it standard. Cheap Chinese big blue aluminium screen bolts and break / clutch levers just dont' do it for me

All the money that was spent on cheap screens, levers etc could have been put towards something sensible and usefull, like decent pads!! Ah well, Rant over :)

Well, I like to take apart any new (S/H) bike anyway so I know of any potential problems and fix them.

Plan is to get this as sorted as NC35#1, so far the plan is

Remove alarm - Just need to solder back up the cut wires and tape back up.
Clean and balance carbs
Replace brake lines
Clean brake calipers/seals
Lube all cables - replace clutch cable and adjust.
Full service - oil+filter, air filter & plugs
Change fork oil
Lube shock linkage
Fit rearsets
Clean chain/sprockets, check and replace if required
Replace bar weights
Replace levers
Lube and adjust headbearings
Change coolent
Make up bracket for rear reflector
Replace exhaust
Swap tyres with NC35#1[1]
Fit R&G crash bungs.

I've got a service receipt from 16k for valve clearances so I'll leave those.

[1] It's got near new tyres on but the BT090's on NC35#1 are also nearly new and she wants them instead of the GPR's

No, GPR-80's and they're going to be swapped onto to NC35#1.

I made a reflector bracket out a flat left over piece of upvc plastic I sprayed Matt black and cut as wide as my reflector and attatched it behind the plate.

My NC24 had a simiar missing reflector and some ghastly circle ones attatched to the rear. I was fortunate enough to get hold of one that hadn't been butchered.

Looks like this.. I think we should have smaller bike plates :D
