on second thoughts ill make you a depth guage with an old credit type card to exactly 6.8mm and post it first class, pm me your address,

then you can buy that HK vernier and wait a few weeks 10days usually

no its just the cheapest a vernier isnt a precision measuring tool, its accurate but not precision,

you want precision you need a micrometer.

Redex in your petrol will make the bike smoke like a train mate. :o
Drain that out and try some fresh petrol and it should clear, :pray:
if not then you really do have something wrong with it.. :(

Can't remember, it was a small one shot bottle, about £4 max I think, Perhaps i should have taken a vodka shot myself instead? ;)

Good luck mate, hope you get it running sweet. I always think if its running rough that a compression test is worth a shot, if nothing else it will eliminate rings and valve stem seals / leaking valves. It's just a process of elimination sometimes, if not a long process.
