right, swing arm is now out! at last!
but what size is that allen socket suposed to be? i undid the lock nut got my hefty allen set out, and the bigest i have is 12, ive never used the 8 10 12 before in owning them YEARS,
but even the 12 was too small for the swing arm, so i improvised and used a m8 bolt, with 13mm hex head, i chucked two m8 (13mm) nuts onto the bolt the other end and undone it with a 13mm spanner result, quick thinking improvisation!
now i gotta get that MASSIVE circlip off, and take the chain runner and bearings and bits out before i send them over to my old buddy curt

Put the swinging arm bolt back in.
The swinging arm spindle [bolt] has a hexagon beneath it's outer allen head that engages with the adjuster.
To undo or refit the adjuster, use a more normal size allen head key in the s/a spindle.
Torque adjuster to 11ft/lbs, lock nut to 58
Dave.
