1. Top and bottom yoke fit straight. Stem length is same, bearings is the same (and interchangeable). All what need to be done is increase holders never bottom yoke. Like picture below.
I use bolt to make holder adjustable.
2. That's all.. all other fit as old forks.
I'm using also CBR600 wheel ( with brake rotors), but looks NC29 also fit with different spacers. And keep in mind that disk on CBR400 has smaller diameter 296mm against 310mm on CBR600.
I'm reading up the archives!
Wow Parus,
Flipping awesome!
Hope you are still playing around with CBR400rrs!
Any more updates on how the CBR6 2007 forks?
Does it hit the clocks etc on full lock?
Hows the turning circle?
What happens with the Electronic Steering dampener on the CBR6?
Etc
etc
Best wishes
Martin

I pm'd parus as i was interested in his project too. He said he was moving away and didnt know how to take his bike with him so he may have to leave the nc29 for a few years.

That's a real shame!
His final invention should be put into a museum.
Did he ever get FI worked out for the NC29 bike?

Martin

Yes, FI works. I have some problem with MAP sensor - look like vacuum produce by 400cc engine are very small. I was planning this summer to finish with 600rr swingarm conversion. I will come back to Ukraine at he end of July and probably finish with swingarm conversion. That all I can do. Them move to USA and I don't know when I able to get bike to USA and how much it can cost to me.marty400 wrote:That's a real shame!

BTW: If someone interesting in completely full wiring loom + microsquirt + jimstin + knocktek(knock sensor + controller) and probably other stuff let me know. I'm probably to sell it, because to transfer the bike to USA I need disassemble the bike.
BTW: If someone know how to transfer bike to USA. Let know. Most of people told me there is no sense.
