This evening I'll be testing the right switch to see if the fan wiring repair I did a while back actually works!

Finally got a tank for the VFR. The fairings were fitted for the Cadwell trackday but I never got round to sorting a tank. I managed to get one from Ebay, so loads of paints stripper then paint.

Road redstar raceway... in the rain (admittedly it wasn't raining very hard) but still dragging the pegs  ... lowsided in the corner at the end of the track :( was my first off and the damage is very minor (bike was sliding on top of my boot most of the time  )... fibreglassed the fairing last night and this morning, needs some minor spray work and a new brake lever ... all good ;)

Put some fuel stabiliser into mine, took it for a short run, came home, switched the fuel off and ran it till the carbs went dry. Put some WD40 down the end-can (yes, it will smoke next time it starts up, but helps me feel better about any moisture in the 'xhaust system) and fastened her up to a battery trickle charger.

Might get ridden again this year, but the roads are currently 1" deep in wet leaves...and in the last 3 days it hasn't gotten about 4C...not fun.

fitted a tyga double bubble screen on my nc35 to replace the cruddy blue one she came with.

two hrc stickers came with the screen as well. I was going to store them until i get a new tail unit, but I'm thinking F$%# it, chuck one straight between the centre fairing screw and the screen so that on-lookers know its fast.

Seat cover and nc35 stickers next.

I took my 30 out for a good ride and stopped by ProItalia, the local MV/Aprilia/Duc,Triumph dealer since they were having an event. I loved how a bunch of people gathered around checking out the NC. It's not a common sight here in California.

I've started fitting a pair of Stebel Magnum horns.... Hard to find a good hidden spot so this is what I came up with. One each side.

^ your blinker is upside down. The hole on the housing should be pointed down so water can drain out.
