Michael,

I think better to keep lambda sensor vertical than horizontal.
Just as long as they don't have water puddling on them. That's what ruins them.

.....@Martin....nice Avatar pic. Did you have anything to do with the 100kg shipment impounded from the "Team Green" Racing Lorries? What an embarrasment ot Kawasaki (The guys who sign my paycheck)

Friday and saturday i spent two days on a dyno. A clutch burned on the dyno and i must say: it is not easy to make a map for the bike. Many people help us and it is going on. We found at lot of other problems, but we will solve them.

Welcome to my world  This is why, after 4 years, we still don't have the Fuel Injected bike running yet. We're still trying to get the Pectel programmed correctly to even fire the bike. Short of paying a Pectel Engineer about $3,000USD, we have not made much progress.

Good luck. I am looking forward to seeing how your bike gets on with the Fuel Injection, since you will probably have it dialed in and running well before we even fire ours up.

Mike, fuelinjection is running very good, motec is exelent, but we have some mechanical problems.
Clutch and the sync of the fuel-bodies. First me make a map for all cylinder and when it is running we make a map for the front and rear cylinder. Before the clutch goes up in smoke, we were at 70 percent throttle and 63 ps at the backwheel. I think that´s not bad for the second test day. I have to learn more about the motec software.
Ignition map works.
Do you have any experience with the ebc race clutch?
