Re: NC30 rear disc removing question.
Theres a big difference in planning on riding a bike & actually getting it into a condition where you CAN ride it.
I can plan to scale Mount Everest, doesnt mean its actually gonna happen.
The way you're prioritising things on your project is so fucked that I hope it stays in your garden reeking of fox piss cos IF it makes it onto the road, you'd only be a danger to yourself and other road users.
But by all means, carry on. I look forward to your next 426 page thread where you ask a question then ignore all the valuable advice that people generously give. Good Luck.

Come on lads give him a chance, if he goes off and rides the thing before sorting the dangerous bits then by all means rip the shit out of him but let's be honest since he first turned up here he is improving slightly.

FFS, some of you people need to lay off a bit. It's the kind of attitude frequently shown in this thread that stops me bothering to come on here much anymore. If you've nothing useful to add to the thread, why bother to fill it up with a load of criticism? The main reason the threads are so long is because of the playground bullshit filling them up.
The guy is young, he's learning and making mistakes along the way, but learning a lot in the process. He's achieved quite a bit so far and I reckon he'll get there in the end.
Watching this thread is quite amusing at times, yes advice has been given and ignored at times, but Ersan has also taken quite a bit on board. He's no worse at reading and understanding the content of a thread than a lot of you others. A good example being that he's said he'll change the chain nearer the end of the project, but some of the people who delight in criticising Ersan can't seem to get a grip on that themselves.
Why would he want to put a new chain on the bike now, when it's being stored outside in winter and isn't gonna be ridden for months? He'll just end up struggling to stop it rotting if not careful, without ever having used it, so he's being sensible and the people hassling him over it are being the morons.
A bit of leg pulling and piss taking are par for the course, but some of you need to have a serious word with yourselves.

Firstly, you wanna wind yer neck in a bit with the insults....xivlia wrote:you are fucking retarded, how the fuck am i ignoring fucking advice? i already said i will buy a new fucking chain. are you that blind that you cant even read the last couple of fucking posts?

Secondly, I've said before that i encourage your efforts. We've all had to start somewhere.
How have you ignored advice? Try reading back thru all you other threads.
I'm not starting a slanging match (i really dont have the time or interest) - plus you wont listen anyway.
Seriously, I hope you get a chain, tyres, brakes & all the other important bits your bike needs and can enjoy these wee bikes for the wonders they are. I do wish you some good luck with your project.
