fitted the new (uprated battery) reg/rec, fuel tap repair kit and vacuum hose. then took it for a half hour blast and hey presto it didnt cut out on me at all. so im assuming one or all of the above changes have sorted it.
just needs a little bit of fettling now before the next 3sisters track event

Smelling my fresh minted paint for the month before putting them in.
(Excuse the messy room haha)
They gonna be bluffed again once fitting in and letting my fuel tank dried off another spot.
Got myself Haynes manual and gonna start tackling myself on the Carbs. I've done it on my ninja 250 but looking at these might be daunting but gotta start somewhere I guess? Haha.
Thinking of getting my rims painted. Orange or Red..... hrmmmmm..... haha.
I really unsure to let myself do the forks/shocks or let the experts do it. What do you think guys haha?

The forks are no problem, the rear I'd hand over to someone that can re-gas it. :)

Not today, but at the weekend I went to Beachy Head on my 35 both Sat and Sun for the air show. Nice ride on both days, shame Sunday was so windy up there it made taking pics next to impossible and the two Lancasters had cancelled plans to appear. The ride home on Sunday was noteworthy because a few miles from home I watched as a rarity came up on the odometer - all the digits on it were incremental. It read for a brief time 23456.7, and because the bike has been round the clock you could argue it won't happen again for another 111111.1kms
