Wow! Lasse!!!!! Amazing work on the throttle bodies. I see a little screw-on velocity stack influence going on there I am totally impressed. Do you have plans to make more TBs? I have a group of 4 or 5 guys looking to upgrade to EFI. The TBs are one of the more expensive parts.

For ECUs we have a Pectel, that cost about $3500 and we have an AEM EMS4, that cost about $900. We're hoping to get both running in the next 30 to 60 days. If the AEM works, it's the cheapest solution I have found so far. We're trying to keep our EFI conversion to under $3,500. It's a very tough goal But, maybe of you're interested in supplying the TBs, it might help m(depending on what you would charge).

Thanks for the kind comments, man! Hope your efforts will pay off and that the MNGForce bikes will be on EFI soon.
Regarding my home made TB:s, they are far from finished as of now. The spigot mounts for the inlet rubbers need to be shaped on the lathe, and lots and lots of unneccesary bulk aluminium needs to be milled off the bodies. About the thread-on air horns I just reckoned it to be the best way, as for me using only manually operated machinery it's way easier to make replacement horns of different lenghts using this method. Also I think it's a neater looking design than the traditional 2-bolt mounting.

If these TB:s turn out nice I may consider having more of them made, but if that's the case then I'd be asking a local CNC workshop to do the job for me using the same design.

And @ Luis:

The base for the tank/seat combo is easily available through any Honda RS125 daler, as it's an RS125 -04 seat unit mated to an NC30 tank...just put in a few (hundred) hours shaping the thing...or buy a copy from me when it's finished. Mould making begins this upcoming week, so hopefully we'll see the result i a few weeks from now. Just remember, you'll have to cut and weld the frame a bit to fit the thing.

Well, the -04 onwards RS125 is indeed the base from which I made this seat unit. It's then morphed a bit, and joined to a PU foam shape that began life as a coarse copy of an NC30 tank...so quite a bit of work.

As I was cleaning up my attic I found the old mould for the first incarnation of the seat unit, before it was merged to the NC30 tank. Perhaps this mould would be a good starting point for your seat? If so, I'd swap the mould for a raw copy of your airbox. Good idea?
