I like the idea of racing round on 125's. Have to ride them in the novice group though as I'd still want to have fun on my 400 :grin:

Thanks for making it a really good time guys, shame about the rain in the evening I'm sure would have been a laugh to have a few beers on the Saturday evening. Crystal got a few photo's of us so I will put them up when I get a chance to go on the laptop.

Can we book next year yet???

Either, Andy's got really long arms, or ........

I know they said 'If your not pissin' your not drinking enough but, really!!! Maybe he was topping up the fluids on the bike?

Disclaimer - he was just about to get on the bike, not a strange pre-track ritual

edit - Just wanted to add, great weekend and good to catch up with other members.
Its a go faster technique, fox piss wasn't available at the time so I improvised! :whistle:

125slowbike.com is available
LOL, that is quality Paul! get that registered soon as

I'd be up that that, i'm going to start looking for one. It just might tempt The Stouffer back on a bike being that he used to own one......

Yes a TIDY weekend I enjoyed you all, i'd been looking fwd to it all year! It was great to meet some new faces & too catch up with everybody from last year ~ And what a blast out on track especially after dropping a tooth on the front sprocket & fitting a better breathing end can :grin: It was sorta inevitable that it resulted in a spill. :oops:

The more relaxed timetable was a hit for me as it gave us more to to enjoy & share our experiences 8-) It also gave me a bigger window to repair my bike in time for the next session. I would like to thank DAC for lending me the parts and to gaffer & 3M. It was ashame that some guys had some dogged reliability issues, despite the best efforts of several experts in the group. Thanks also goes CRM & DM for their assistance with my latest piece of SHINEY! SHINEY!...

Other observations:-

I need a bigger car;
I'd been biggin' the gazebo up so much - I thought that Zippy had cut it up & only put half of it in the van;
DM holds the world record for the number of carb removals in a field;
Mansfield is far too steep for skateboarding;
Always get the rent in advance from your lodgers;
If you borrow a Luton van, don't leave the keys to the tailgate in Luton...

And finally, I say to the majority of those who fecked off earrly (you know who you are), we didn't have to pay anything for Sunday CP 80th birthday race day - how the feck were they going to police that? - it was an absolutely glorious day and the racing was top class especially the 600s but also the sidecars & karting. So much so that I didn't leave until 1530.

Not sure I can wait a whole year before doing it again.
Cheers guys & gals
Mike
