I have a throttle sensor on the left side. Is it this what you mean?
Michael
No, you're talking about TPS. Look - for the carburator we generally use idle adjuster cable that up\down choke little bit when cranking and allow to add more air during warm-up. On for the idle control is use idle air valve or stepper motor. I didn't see any on the throttle bodies farbricated by Durbahn.

Yesterday 5.00 am i drove 450 km to Hamburg to meet Thorsten in his garage and i want to see if my bike is ready. It was a long day, today i arrived at home at 01.00 am.
After a coffee and many questions i start to work on the bike. First i mount the new fuelrails because the other were not good.

I think that is better. Next part was to fit the complete new loom for the motec ecu with all sensors.
Boaahhhh it wasn´t easy. The camshaft sensor did not have a plug so Thorsten had to crimp it.

Thorsten gave me a new battery and said: put it into the bike!!! :o
He also took an ecu and put it on the wire harness and turned on the power. First i saw a small cloud of smoke. The main fuse was blown. There were two twisted cables. Next try. Everything was good.
Thorsten connected his notebook with the loom and play with it. I heard the clicking of the fuel injectors, next the plugs and so on.

I thought I was never going to see this happen: Michael´s bike with Honda OEM rims. Even worse... covered with dust. In two words: un believable. That bike must be screaming to go back where she belongs, Michael´s garage... and the track, of course. ;)

So finally you are going to make it... come on, tell us, did it fire up?
