Here it is all shimmed up and lovely ( I know looks the same lol)
Shims n bolts n shit...how scarey is it messing with cams now for me
Frame and swinger all cleaned up ready to start rebuilding.
Came up alright....
The only other thing I did today was give the fork lowers a blast over with some black enamel paint, pics tomorrow as they are curing next to the radiator at the moment.
Looking forward to tomorrow as its going to start going back together.

1/8 turn throttle!? You might as well fitted a switch!

I had a 1/7 turn and actually, it was great, but I had real hassles getting used to starting with it - Constantly launching the front. Going to fit it to my NC30 when I put the new engine in.

Looking very nice indeed! I like the Dymag wheels and the throttle. This is going to be fun!

Cheers Steve.
Luke It's the same as the throttle tube I have been using for years so it's all good.

Cool - they are awesome coming out of a corner and getting to full throttle.

More stuff done..
Brakes pads fitted, calipers fitted and all bled up nicely.
Haven't bled the rear but fitted it, had to fit the new rearset for that side aswell...blimey they are high!!
Had a tidy up of all the wiring that will be behind the clocks although it looks a bit like a birds nest its all designed to be disconnected very quickly and it's not had its final tidy as I can't really until I have a running motor in the chassis.

And finally a better pic of the dash with added stickers :)
There may be one other item to go on the dash, I bought a shift light for the KLX but it doesn't seem to like it so I may yet fit it to this.
Not much else I can do until I either get a subframe or the new engine running.

He is mate....lets just say he's a little less than reliable.
I think the rearsets will be fine will take a little getting used to but then it's going to be whole different bike to what I am used to.
