I was kidding mate, I meant the holes are slightly worn.
the holes started life as a m10 but times taken its toll.
I just checked a spare one and that's the same.
checked the one on my nc30 and that's the same too ffs.
I'll most probably machine a few brass bushes to make them right.
theres no slop when pulling the swingarm but it's not right so wants sorting

delete repeated words
fitted some new supercorsas.
put the new 520 sprockets on. spent 5 minutes thinking I'd forgotten to fit something as the sprocket bolts threads stand out so far. then remembered the 520 sprocket much thinner Doh!

thanks, it's been wonderful to work on something straight forward where everything just bolts together.
a big box from tyga performance arrived today containing the endurance fairing. great quality. especially for pattern stuff.
finished replacing the connector blocks. loom is on and we have sparks :) phew!

wiring is pretty much sorted. dash fitted and works.
it's a ex race bike and has been thrown at the scenery plenty.... as a result of this the bottom yoke is tweaked for certain.
forks seem straight. I'll find out for sure when they go for a revalve for sure.
rims are straight as is the front wheel spindle.
thankfully tyga bottom yokes are a nice weight saving and reasonable price wise

one die games
rear disc finally arrived from China for 25 quid.
I wasnt expecting much for less than 30 quid but its identical to the stock one. looks lovely.
rear caliper has been stripped and sent for powdercoating.
forgot to get a few bits plated so they are now going.
it's now been lifted from the motorcross stand and is back on a proper paddock stand. starting to get close now although theres still plenty to do
