This is the oil level at the moment. I measured with a tape measure and just when the tip of the tape touches the oil, it shows a length pf 10.5cm

yes, as long as the fork is compressed and it shows the correct air space when upright it will be good to go. Remember to add the other parts carefully and slide the parts and tube slowly up and down a few times to be sure there is no air.

Thanks Davez29 for helping.....Did you look at all the photos I uploaded especially the photos with the tape measure and looking into the fork and seeing the oil??

I need to be completely correct you know....especially with bikes, I always make sure I'm 100%. I was waiting for your reply as I filled the forks about half an hour ago and waiting FOR YOUR REPLY. THANKS ALOT

The fork is fully compressed and nothing is inside apart from the damping rod

Honestly, your good to go.. yes I checked your photos. Remember when you add parts the level will rise.
