Ok so finally found the problem. An obvious one but surely one of the last things to check. Warped sprocket I assume is the culprit. Took it off and placed it on my marble counter after cleaning to find its quite warped.

Ok so one last thing with regards to the front sprocket. Is the front sprocket supposed to have play in it one the bolt has been torqued to its setting. I noticed when I was checking everything that mime moves in and out a bit. Meaning it can slide along the out put shafts a little one they'll has been tightened. Seems like it could use. Washer.

itll move about a little, they all do (well at least all the ones ive seen) perhaps its to help align it with the rear sprocket.
improtnt thing is that it cant come off

Yes my nc29 front sprocket moves in and out quite a bit so don't worry
