Ye was initially thinking i'd fill the breather hump but as i had to split across it i thought me might have problems getting the mould to seal 100% if i messed around with it.
Got some idea for a work around that i think you will like so give me a couple of days to sort it.

Tank is now on the bike (sorry no picture) and iv been scratching my head for the last week trying to get a good and satisfactory mount for the front.
I original was going to get a spare frame and sub frame, still need one Geoff if you can help, so that I could work the fitting but because benny's has a motor in I'm suffering BUT close.

Maybe post a picture tomorrow.

Having fitted the cover up to the bike I found that the front mount was going to be a challenge,
My Suzuki's use a removable mount and I was hoping to find a similar type fitting om the NC
I was going to remove the mount and adapt a new one.
Honda only use a simple slot in rubber grommet so I had to find a way to hold the front of the cover.

I decided to use the original fitting and keep the rubber so I made a not so pretty jig around the old tank that fits the rubber in the same way that the frame does, this can then be moved over to the carbon cover and used to hold the rubber while a mount was fabricated.

Hi mate, its a possibility I could do another but I need to get the gsxr moulds done first as I'm sick of it sitting 90% finished.

Ive had a spare hour this afternoon so jumped on the lathe and knocked up a new breather cap.
Its got a 6mm pipe mount at both ends so benny can use it to connect to the inner tank if needed or just have it for show.
The 6mm centre piece is removable via a 10mm thread so other fittings/diameters could be used

So first proper fit up and looks good
I was initially worried that it rocked from side to side but after a little fettling is solid.
Touch more work, a polish and will be finished.
