OK PEOPLE, FINALLY GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS!!!!

It was the fuel pump wiring causing the issue. Disconnected the fuel pump and no worries. So now I just have to figure out where exactly to wire the fuel pump into the loom. I'll just play 'trial and error' until I get it going. At least I have finally figure out which part of the bike is causing the issue!!!!

Thanks everyone for all their help and ideas.

IIRC the fuel pump isnt hard wired into the loom its one of the plugs that sits in a little 'rack' under the seat area its a small black one I think.....I would replace the fuel pump they are cheap as chips as they are made by Mitsibushi and cover a variety of models I fitted one from a ZXR750 I think and all I had to do was replace the plug.

Yeah it plugs in between the tank and seat in that little harness....but from there it does hook into the main loom...

It's a new fuel pump so I was kinda hoping I didn't have to replace it? We'll see. I'll test it straight off the battery tomorrow. I'm pretty sure it's just a bad connection in the wiring somewhere.
