Smev, could I ask you to take some pics of your subframe for me, please, if you haven't stripped it of its fasteners and the undertray yet? I've been after a series of 360 pics to help me build mine back up again but nobody has been doing anything that would allow for it. It would be a massive help if you could do this for me!...please...

I'm still polishing the swinger when I get the chance but it is a long and boring job! Its difficult to find the enthusiasm to do it after a long day at work - especially with a trip to Afghanistan looming again
I have recieved a few other bits for the bike and fitted them this week.
A clamp for my Ohlins Steering damper so I now have that fitted and today my trak-tech levers arrived and went on soo smoothly - I can't wait to get out and try it all out!!
Pics will follow soon!!

Another quick update -
The swingarm is getting close to being finished :D :D :D
Its just needing a little more allover sanding down with wet and dry and then the mops on it and it'll be good to go!!
Then fingers crossed I'll be able to get a few pics of it this weekend including the front end with the ohlins damper, translogic dash, and trak-tech levers.
I'll get the pics of the subframe for you too brainchild :)

Not done anything on the frame yet - the plan is to sort out the swing arm first then refit it all so I have a rolling chassis and can move it down to my house and some electrical power - the garage doesn't have any plug sockets just a dim little light!
As for doing yours - Forget it!!! its way too much work!!

Bike looks great, that swing arm is class! Might thing about doing that myself. Nothing like spending a few hours in the shed working on the bikes.

I'd need to link about 5 together to get enough length!!!
Dar5150 - its a hell of alot of work - seriously think about it before going ahead with it!!
It'll be some years before I contemplate doing another one!!
