Mine was a freebie a mate of mine had accsess to the eqipment,That was some time ago now.
Yep left anticlockwise to remove,If the other studs are in good order good threads leave well aloan,
If the thread looks crap change them.
Not sure about plus gas,It's not as good as it used to be it dry's to quick,It's like most products they seem to be taking out the chemical that does the job,I use a mixture of acetone and ATF and brush that on every couple of day's or hours depending on how soon you want it done.

ATF ? automatic Transmission Fluid?

May have to try and get hold of some of that,

Someone also said about getting a freezing spray ( think there is one called plumbers mate or something) to spray on the stud, to cause it to shrink, Think I may just try everything and hope for the best lol,

Must admit I am slightly more optimistic now I know I have enough stud to weld to!

Hey guys,

Just got to say something as I'm on a high - been spraying the studs regularly, but have been putting off actually removing them through fear of making it worse - well today I tackled it!

Welded a nut on to each stud, and they all unwound perfectly!

I know for some that may have seemed an easy feet, but for me it was an engineering achievement lol, and I'm currently on a high note for actually managing it!

Thanks for the help! Now to repair and re-fit the exhaust!

Well done mate ;)
Any engine or tricky mechanical work is worrying for all first time
The key ting is that you tackled it and succeeded, so hopefully you will feel a bit more confident to take on more involved tasks :peace:
