Something looks very strange with that dyno graph! I highly doubt that all that extra torque and power was found for each run....

A genuine 66 hp is just not possible with only a muffler. Still, looks like a decent curve.

The table on the right side suggests it's crank, gearbox and wheel measurements for the power figures.
60.6hp at the wheel, which is still pretty good just for an aftermarket muffler.

yep looks like some extrapolation of how much power you have at the gearbox / crank based on the wheel output, I think its only one dyno run too as the time is the same.

but 60hp seems good for stock RVF, curve looks like a nice smooth deliery.

Yeah was just a single run print off, have others but they're stored away with my bike at my dads. The power delivery is buttery smooth, had everything off and cleaned is all. The exhaust does blow it's tits off from the down pipe collars mind, making her quite noisy but that's this winters repair job. 60.4 was overall BHP I think, so not bad for a 19yr old engine on original clutch to and 27k on the clock too.

Any decent chew push ways to improve power output from these without wrecking the smoothness?
