This is where a lot of people get confused thinking 35 carbs react the same as 30 carbs, the flatspot on a stock NC30 is caused by a weak midrange, on a NC35 its caused by a rich midrange. By fitting HRC springs on a NC35 you are in effect making the midrange richer and i dont know of any stock NC35's that need a richer midrange, fit the rest of the HRC kit and id guess they would work fine but on there own i dont see the benefit.

With the TSR system I have, do you think that would've almost balanced it out? Is it worth removing the shim from under the needles?

For what it's worth, me changing the float height to allow more fuel is what seems to have made my full throttle performance much better, does this indicate it might need bigger jets than 115s? 120 jets seem like a bit much for my setup, the intake is stock too, with a new Honda air filter.

The next thing I plan to do is lower the float heights a little more unless I can confirm bigger jets will solve the issue.

I've done a fair bit of riding now, it seems run pretty well overall.

There's just a stumble at 5,500rpm when on full throttle and I think I need to richen up the idle mixture a little too.

So I plan to lower the float heights a little more for now, re-adjust the pilot screws and see where that leads me

I've found the carb boots are leaking slightly, so I'll be replacing them tomorrow.

Hopefully that had something to do with the issue.
