Forks rebuilt and rear Hub out. It was dry as a bone! No grease in sight. I also found a little rubber wedge in the swingarm. Possibly a side stand rubber. Not sure, will fire some Pics up after work!

Now only have to do valve clearances (which i've been putting off like mad) and a few other wee bits to tidy it up!

And put it all back together of course!

Cool.
I'm looking forward to seeing this finished.

Hope to spray up daft bits like the fan mount, screen brace and maybe yokes tomorrow evening. And maybe a bit more cleaning. Then might spend Friday night in the pub, so i'm hungover, and have an excuse not to do my valve clearances on Saturday.

Sounds like a plan!!
I'm hoping to get time on sat, replace exhaust gaskets on one & try to free clutch.
Then fit loom, carb rubbers, carbs to the other.
Samcos arrived yday, so should be able to test fit the rads

Must get a cuppa/pint sometime & a proper chat, only 10 mins away from each other!

Looking good mate ill be following this with interest, that bit of rubber looks like it could be a tank rubber, i found one wedged under the water pipe in the middle of the engine.
