Other than the broken fairing this one looks nice:

Any opinions? I think the price would have to come down a bit due to damaged fairing though?

This one would be better, CRM went to have a look at it and said it was pretty decent for the price and a good runner

Thanks for that, previously I only had the link to gumtree. He said "few cracks here and there, not too ravished by corrosion". I've just PMed him for a bit more info but its a 2 hour ride away so will keep looking for one closer but it is a good possibility due to price and condition.
