I am assuming you are Kenny Duval? ;) If so, great job!! Tell me when you are racing at Jennings next or if you are doing any ROC races at Daytona in October. I'll gladly be a pit bitch for ya.

My friend just left my house, he dropped off a '07 R6 rear shock for me to play with on the RVF. His name is Greg Melka, aka Melkman. Heard of him? He races CCS. Was the #2 CCS Florida Expert rider last year, #4 Expert the year before, #5 Expert the year before, and #1 Amateur plate the year before that. He raced CCS Southeast this year and is in contention for the #1 Expert plate. Last race is at VIR in 2 weeks. He's older, gonna be 40 soon, and has only been doing trackdays and racing for about 5-6 years. I keep telling him if he only started sooner! You might know him from the Jennings website.

Jeeez, I wish I could turn back the hands of time. No racing for me. 42 yrs. old now, not getting any younger. I've completed the Hammer race school before. Just been doing trackdays for about 15 years. Probably 30+ trackdays at Jennings, Daytona, Sebring, Roebling. My bucket list includes Barber, Homestead, and the new and improved Moroso. Maybe VIR someday, and if I ever get back up North the New Jersey Motorsports Park, once the grass grows in. Look forward to meeting and riding with you one day. Greg raced my 636 a few years back at Daytona when he was just starting out, hence the yellow plates and high number....see below

Just twigged to what those extra knobby bits on the bottom yoke are...
eccentric adjustable steering stops, very nice!

As much as I would like to take credit for those, and the top nut, those were purchased straight from Attack Performance http://www.attackperformance.com/TripleClamps.html

Why not? They were already made and cheaper than what I could get them done for.

They are on the bike. Fit perfectly. However some jackass forgot that he used all the 600RR spacers locknuts and such on his front end. He sold the top locknuts and such to someone with the stock front end. Guess I'll be making a parts order.

I guess that's what I get when I try to make things simple...It gets complicated. If I had something sitting around I would send it. Sorry Kenny.
