yeah that makes perfect sense. the think is my 320 isnt a wet and dry... its normal sand paper, but it should be fine using it as a wet and dry, or i might just use my 1200 wet and dry.

Re: self painted, first time. outcome is pretty good to me :
ive not done anything. ive made it look better than that old shitty red/white colour scheme it had on it before... im really not for the old classic style look... this post is only to show how my paint job is going... dont criticize my work please. everyone has different tastes. if you dont like it, then dont be so mean about it...iDemonix wrote:Why did you do this to such a lovely NC30, we should of taken it from you the day you signed up

If you post pics on here then you have to be ready to take criticism as well as praise. Lots of bike owners are fussy/finickity/completely anal (delete as appropriate) when it comes to appearances so you're opening yourself up to negative comments.
That said, I'd advise you not to give a toss what anyone else thinks and just paint it however the hell you want.

You must of spend a few bob on rattle cans and prep materials, if it were me I would have been more patient and saves my pennies on a professional job, rather than what you've turned out with.
I like the scheme you're going for though.
