Maiden voyage went well, rode from my work's garage to home, well impressed!
Throttle is so responsive, better than my bike number 1 :o
Dont know what/how you set it up Ben but you've done a top job fella ;)
In her new stable....

No mate, it's the original...if you look clearly you can see some some scrapes on the top right of the screen from the crash...decided to keep it as it has the factory sticker still attached and it's not in too bad condition over all.
The original is far superior IMO, probably twice as thick as the after market screen on my bike no.1

Good to hear it's back on the road. As I said before, absolute top job!

I only kept it serviced, checked al the valve clearances were OK (Which they were) and had the carbs ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt with some jets from RO, nothing beyond the normal mods :)

Keep it up Derek, it'll be better than new soon!

Got some decals made up from a local company, nothing too fancy, just wanted to keep it simple.
Did have ideas of an elaborate scheme but decided against it, after all, although it's not got original fairings I didnt want to deviate too far....

Seeing as I was fitting them myself didnt want any decals over lapping panels so had them made to measure, easy peasy to fit this way :peace:
Just waiting to hear from (vinyl)Mark about some 'Force V4' decals and that'll do me ;)

Gorgeous day today so with Moto GP and Superbikes Sky +'d and the fridge stocked with beer for later went for a long ride out ;)
Went Wolverhampton to Dudley and Bridgnorth, lovely roads, done a bit of sight seeing along the way.
Had a bit of a brown trouser moment when encountered some gravel mid bend, front end twitch then the back!! :o
Popped to Himley Hall, there was a Mini show sheduled but was cancelled :?:

Then popped to the Crooked House for a brief stop.....

Interesting pub, talk about on the piss lol!
Then onto Bridgnorth, lovely twisties with a few long straights, had the speedo off the clock more than once, time to shop around for a new KMH/MPH over lay
Pit stop at Sedgley then home...

Well, had a quick blast through Walsall 1st, I hate parking up when in the groove
