These people specialize in mag and aluminium paints for things like helicopter gearboxes. They dont like to sell to the public but speak nicely to the rep and he may send a sample which is enough to prime a wheel or two
The coating of magnesium is a massive headache. All the mag castings we ever did where just black cromated and then kept clean and sprayed with WD40 or the like to keep it neat but obviously this matt black finish is not ideal.

I had my marchesini mag wheels done by steve at tpcs and the finish is superb. £200 all in and honestly would not bother with anyone else. The wheels had a similar finish to yours before they were painted, shame frasers of gloucester chipped the fresh coating on the rear when tyre fitting. Now fit my own.

Why not stick with OE rims? It's not like Dymags will make your lap times any lower
