the bike was a ebay bargin from lowestoft,not nice to look at,lots of purple and gold, there is not much left of that bike now

first job was deciding on the parts as i didnt wont the usuall tyga job,not that i am against them i just wanted to be diffrent,i chose the mv seat as the shape was ok and i liked the hinged front 916 seat pad

the swingarm was 1000 exup i had 2 or 3 diffrent setups,the 400 exup arm fitted perfect but was too short 50mm so it was the 1000 which was 25mm too wide at the pivot,i removed the left side jigged it up ,machined a new linkage pivot and welded it back togeather.

the subframe was fabbed from 16mm and 19mm thin wall titanium tube small and light as possible 400g
