Stephen ive just seen your RVF build on PB for the first time and I have to say mate that is the most stunning bike I've ever seen, just awesome. It kinda makes my OKI endurance copy look cheap and trashy! :worthy:

Cheers pal, i did borrow roysters a while ago and took some templates from them but they turned out to be slightly different but your nose cone is the same style as mine so theres a chance there the same.

Isnt yours lime green tho? doesnt matter obviously just splitting hairs

Ricky, they wont fit pal, take a look at the silhouette nosecones, they have a recessed section around the lights for the covers to sit, the standard nosecone's dont have this plus are slightly different shaped all together.

To make a set for the standard nosecone should be dead easy, ive got one here i'll have a go with the stuff i have have here tomorrow if you want.

please just wanted a rough shape to follow,

i know theres no recesses etc, but wanted the diamond shaped cover thers not gonna be flush fitted there going to be surface mounted so the lense will stick up whatever thickness i go for, thinest seems to be 3mm orange perspex on ebay,

need to get 1mm really.
