Ok finally got round to testing out a 4th spring today and it works
Clutch lever also now bites at decent point too. Cheers fellas

Are you reusing the oil you drain or replacing it ? I ask because ive drained and thrown out two lots (old stuff, then a flush) before filling up with tidy semi, i cant really afford to buy more again but want to replace the clutch springs sooner rather than later.
Can i stick it back it after i drain/seive it ?

Lol I've re used the same oil about 5 times but it's only done a total of 300 miles, and been in 2 engines
